I use powder applied with an angled brush. The lines aren’t crisp as liquid eyeliner, but if you’re ok with a softer look you should try it.

Just a bit of a thought, perhaps one could lightly dampen the brush before applying it? I AM TRYING...

Using either liquid and pencil has never worked for me. Try the kind that you can roll up by twisting it, it works great for me.

I am sitting here contemplating why the hell I cannot seem to put eyeliner on like a normal human being.

So… I started the nipple pasties but the fabric I bought was really shitty and when I cut it into the small delta shield shapes to put on the stiff base it shredded to a billion little strings and now everything I own is covered in tiny gold strings.
I saw some metallic gold spandex that would probably hold up better than gold lame.
FINALLY WATCHED FIRST CONTACT.
That was the last Star Trek film that I had to watch and, like all the Next Generation films there is something very lacking but that ending….. sweet jesus when Zephram Cochrane shook hands with the Vulcan… I wanted to run out onto the streets of Los Angeles and call to the stars and the galaxies and all the life forms!!
